2017 Summer Kiteboarding Competitions

For kiteboarders in the Tampa Bay area, summer time has a slow, casual, vacation-type mood associated with it. With our many days of light wind, we find other summertime things to do; frequent our local beaches, go fishing, learn something new while wakeboarding, get adventurous and go sky diving, or take a vacation. Well, its not all pina coladas and mini umbrellas for kiteboarders elsewhere. The summer season for most other areas of the country means kiteboarding competitions.

Across the Globe, the summer time kiteboarding season is packed full of competitions and events and some of the best are right here in the USA! Not only are these events close to home, making traveling to them totally do-able, but these events host some of our local friends and fellow riders! Making them a ‘Must Do’ on any kiteboarder’s summer hit list! This year’s summer fun has come to an end, but mark your calendars for the 2018 lineup; you’ll thank us later!
