Shipping Basics

Elite Watersports works hard to ensure any products shipped out of our shop get out in a timely manner and at the most affordable prices. Please see all shipping information below:

  • We ship within the Continental United States and all shipping days are based on business days of the mail carrier. 
  • For any orders placed on a week day by 12:00 pm EST (Noon), we will process and ship it that day. If your order gets placed after 12:00pm EST or on a weekend, your order will get processed and shipped the next business day. 
  • Separate rates apply to all Surfboard Orders (marked below).

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I track my order?
    • As soon as your order has been processed, an associate will contact you to confirm your contact/shipping information. 
    • Immediately after your package has been provided a shipping label, we will email you the shipping and tracking information. 
  • Does Elite Watersports ship Internationally?
    • Yes, we are happy to ship to wherever you’re located, however, any shipping costs accrued will be billed directly to you (the buyer). 
    • A separate invoice will be sent to you for any International Shipping costs. Your order will be completed once payment has been received. 
  • Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
    • Any order going to a P.O. Box must contain small products. If you have ordered something larger than the average P.O. Box, please provide us an alternative shipping address or will have to charge you for Expedited Shipping. If you have some questions regarding this, please contact us. (727)800-2202
  • What do I do if my order was damaged when I received it?
    • If you have received an order that is damaged, due to shipping, take the following steps immediately upon damage discovery:
      • Take photos of the box condition (how you received it from the shipping company).
      • Take photos of the actual damage to the product (take as detailed/close up photos as possible as to clearly identify the damage when building your claim case).
      • Keep all shipping material you received as you may need them later.
    • Any damaged order received by you (the buyer) must be reported to the shipping company within 4 days of delivery. Elite Watersports will happily assist you in making this damage claim with the shipping company. Give us a call (727)800-2202.
  • What Shipping company will my order be coming through?
    • We use either FedEx or USPS for the majority of our shipping. If you have a specific shipping company you prefer to use, just let us know.
